A petition to wind-up the above-named Company (registered no 04143867) of Holly House, 220 New London Road, Chelmsford, England, CM2 9AE presented on the 4th October 2022 by Bloomsbury Management Services Limited of Holly House, 220 New London Road, Chelmsford, England, CM2 9AE and Brian Thomas Wadlow in his personal capacity as a contributory of the Company c/o Taylor Vinters, Merlin Place, Milton Road, Milton, Cambridge, CB4 0DP (the Petitioners) will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on Wednesday 9th November 2022, at 12:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
