NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the decision by correspondence procedure is to be used to seek a decision from the creditors of the Company on;

1. That a liquidation committee be established pursuant to section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986

2. That the Liquidator’s remuneration is set and approved on a time costs basis in line with the fees estimate provided in the fee proposal dated 18th November 2021.
