Notice is hereby given that the following written resolutions were passed by the members on 29 November 2021 as a special resolution and as ordinary resolutions:

"That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that Martin Maloney and Steve Markey of Leonard Curtis, Leonard Curtis House, Elms Square, Bury New Road, Whitefield, Greater Manchester, M45 7TA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of winding up the Company and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office."

At the subsequent meeting of creditors the appointment of Martin Maloney and Steve Markey was not confirmed, and Julien Irving (IP No. 13092) and Conrad Alexander Pearson (IP No. 014732) both of Mazars LLP, One St Peters Square, Manchester, M2 3DE were appointed as Joint Liquidators.
