At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Middleborough House, 16 Middleborough, Colchester, Essex CO1 1QT, on 3 October 2018, at 11.00 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD and Richard Toone (IP No. 9146) of CVR Global LLP, New Fetter Place West, 55 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1AA be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
