A Petition to wind up the above named Company of Penmore House, Hasland Road, Hasland, Chesterfield, S41 0SJ, presented on 16 October 2017 by Fiona Grant and Andrew Philip Wood of Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS, the Joint Supervisors of the failed Company Voluntary Arrangement of the Company will be heard on 21 November 2017 at 11:00 am at the County Court at Chesterfield, Tapton Lane, Chesterfield, S41 7TW (or as soon thereafter that the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4.00 pm on 20 November 2017.
