At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London, WC1R 5EF on 19 November 2021 at 11.00 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Howell (IP No. 23610) and Hugh Francis Jesseman (IP No. 9480) both of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray's Inn, London, WC1R 5EF be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
