"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Robert Horton (IP No. 8922) and Roger Tulloch (IP No. 9174) both of R2 Advisory Limited, Level 8, 125 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1AR be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
