Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 168 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a General Meeting of the above named Company will be held at Bridge House, 4 Borough High Street, London, SE1 9QR, on 17 February 2017, at 11.00 am for the purpose of: Establishing a creditors’ committee, or in the event that a committee is not established, resolving: That the Liquidator’s fees for undertaking work in respect of administration and planning and dealing with creditor claims as described in the accompanying report prepared in connection with fee approval will be charged as a fixed fee of £20,000 to be drawn as soon as funds are available. That the Liquidator’s fees for undertaking work in respect of the realisation of assets, investigations and statutory requirements, as described in the accompanying report prepared in connection with fee approval, will be charged as a fixed fee of £250,000 plus VAT and disbursements in addition to 10% of any realisations. That the Liquidator be authorised to draw ‘Category 2’ disbursements out of the assets as an expense of the estate at the rate disclosed in the policy statement circulated to creditors with the notice of the meeting. Proofs and proxies to be used at the meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the meeting.
