“That it has been proved that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and that accordingly the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Geoffrey Wayne Bouchier (IP No. 9535) and Benjamin John Wiles (IP No. 10670) both of Duff & Phelps Ltd., The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
