1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Shona Campbell, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of MHA Henderson Loggie, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB be appointed Liquidator of the Company".
