“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Annette Menzies and Steven Wright, both of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Ltd, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NU, (IP Nos. 9128 and 24534) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally”.
