A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Black Diamond Bars Ltd (11452878) of 103 Bradley House Radcliffe Moor Road, Bolton BL2 6RT, whose nature of business is licensed clubs, presented on Friday 25 June 2021, at 10:00 by BRITISH GAS TRADING LIMITED, of Millstream, Maidenhead Road, Windsor SL4 5GD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 15 September 2021, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
