At a general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 19 December 2018, the following resolutions were passed:

Special Resolution

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly, that the Company be wound up voluntarily"

Ordinary Resolution

"That Andrew John Ryder of JT Maxwell Limited, Unit 6 Lagan House, 1 Sackville Street, Lisburn BT27 4AB be appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up"

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 19 December 2018, the appointment of Andrew John Ryder as Liquidator was confirmed.
