A Petition to wind up the above-named Company having its registered office at Worksop Facility, Sandy Lane Industrial Estate, Worksop, Nottinghamshire S80 1TN , presented on 1 June 2017 by the Petitioner VIRIDOR WASTE EXETER LIMITED of Peninsula House, Rydon Lane, Exeter, Devon EX2 7HR, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard by Companies Court at The Rolls Building, The Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane London EC4a 1NL, on 17 July 2017, at 10.30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
