“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Finbarr Thomas O’Connell (IP No. 7931) and Emma Louise Thompson (IP No. 21030) both of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
