At a General Meeting of the Member of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 24 September 2021 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That Stephen Goderski and Peter Hart of PKF GM, 15 Westferry Circus, Canary Wharf, London E14 4HD (office holder no 8731 and 13470) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 24 September 2021 at 12:30, the creditors confirmed the nomination of the Liquidators appointed by the member and accordingly, Stephen Goderski and Peter Hart remain as Liquidators of the Company.
