Notice is given by Vincent John Green and Mark Newman both of CCW Recovery Solutions, 4 Mount Ephraim Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1EE the Joint Liquidators of Birley Ventures Limited, that we intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors, within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Unsecured creditors who have not submitted a claim in the Liquidation have until close of business on 8 November 2017 the last date for proving, to submit their claims to us at the following address, CCW Recovery Solutions, 4 Mount Ephraim Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1EE, and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. An unsecured creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it.
