At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Coppins, Barnes Lane, Milford on Sea, SO41 0RR on Thursday 11 November 2021 at 14.00 P.M. following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively: -

That the Company be wound up voluntarily and

That Peter Hall and Carrie James of SKSi, Unit 1, First Floor, Brook Business Centre, Cowley Mill Road, Uxbridge, UB8 2FX, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of winding up the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.
