At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Cabin 3 Dunston Business Village, Dunston, Staffordshire, ST18 9AB on 20 June 2019 at 3.15 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) and Benny Woolrych (IP No. 10550) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 4th Floor, Abbey House, Booth Street, Manchester M2 4AB be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
