A Petition to wind up the above-named company, Bio Green Energy Limited (company registration number 08378295) of Albany Chambers, 26 Bridge Road East, Suite F6, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL7 1HL, presented on 23 March 2017 by BARCLAY CAVENDISH TRUSTEES LIMITED AS THE TRUSTEES OF SCCL PENSION SCHEME SUITE, 2a 2nd Floor 81 King Street, Manchester, M2 4AH claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at the Manchester District Registry, Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 15 May 2017 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
