A Petition to wind up the above-named company having its Registered Office at 20 Neath Close, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire ST3 1TQ presented on 30 January 2019 by Mr Russell Paul Lonczyk of 20 Neath Close, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire ST3 1TQ (the Petitioner) claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Birmingham Civil Justice Centre, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS, on Tuesday 9 April 2019 at 10:00 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
