A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Bilsdale Hall Limited (09638174) of Hoggard, Bilsdale Hall, Chop Gate, Cleveland TS9 7HY North Yorkshire, whose nature of business is 43390-other building completion and finishing and also the other objects as stated in the Memorandum of Assocation of the Company, presented on Friday 20 September 2019, at 10:30 by M.K.M. BUILDING SUPPLIES LIMITED, of Stoneferry Road, Hull HU8 8DE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 10 December 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
