A petition to wind up the above named company Billa Scaffolding Limited of 264 High Street, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 1DZ (Registered Office) presented on 3 July 2018, by BRISKO SCAFFOLDING LIMITED trading as Brisko Metal Resources, of Unit 16 Kingsmill Business Park, Chapel Mill Lane, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, KT1 3GZ, (Registered Office) claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at The Companies Court, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL, on Wednesday 22 August 2018 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
