NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Director of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 14 November 2019 at 2.15 pm, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

Creditors can access the virtual meeting as follows: Details of how to access the virtual meeting were included in the notice delivered to creditors.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to 257B Croydon Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 JPS by 12 noon on the business day before the meeting.
