Notice is hereby given that on 1 October 2020 a Petition was presented at Elgin Sheriff Court by Howard Anstruther, residing at The Laurels, Dunphail, Forres, IV36 0QR, craving the Court that Big Sky Print Ltd, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number SC126066 and having its registered office at 305 The Park, Findhorn, Forres, Morayshire, IV36 3TE, be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator appointed in which Petition, by interlocutor dated 1 October 2020, Sheriff Pasportnikov appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, and in the meantime nominated and appointed Gordon Maclure, Insolvency Practitioner of Johnston Carmichael LLP, having a place of business at Bishop’s Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL to be provisional liquidator of the said company with authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
