We, Eileen Blackburn and Brian Milne of French Duncan LLP, 56 Palmerston Place, Edinburgh EH12 5AY, were appointed Joint Administrators of Big Data for Humans Ltd on 14 March 2019.

Notice is given pursuant to Paragraph 58 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the initial creditors' meeting under Paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 will be conducted by correspondence for the purpose of considering the Joint Administrator's proposals. Other resolutions to be considered may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Joint Administrators are to be remunerated.

A creditor will be entitled to vote if a claim has been lodged with the Joint Administrators by 30 April 2019 at 12.00 noon.
