1. RGS Motorsport Limited hereby gives notice that it intends to trade as RGS Motorsport Limited, being a similar name of BHP Performance Limited t/a RGS Motorsport and a prohibited name pursuant to Section 216 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

2. Tangible and intangible assets belonging to BHP Performance Limited t/a RGS Motorsport have been purchased by RGS Motorsport Limited (Company Number 11709961) on 4 December 2018.

3. Brian Ausden gives notice to all creditors of BHP Performance Limited t/a RGS Motorsport that it is his intention to act in all or any ways specified in Section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying out of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of BHP Performance Limited t/a RGS Motorsport through RGS Motorsport Limited.
