“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and it is it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian McCulloch (IP No. 18532) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Mount Suite, Rational House, 32 Winckley Square, Preston PR1 3JJ and David Butler (IP No. 08695) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
