"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Wood (IP No. 9571) and Steven George Hodgson (IP No. 13550) both of BHP Corporate Solutions LLP, New Chartford House, Centurion Way, Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, BD19 3QB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
