Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986that the Joint Liquidators have summoned a general meeting of the Company’s creditors under Rule 4.127 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 for the purpose of agreeing the Joint Liquidators’ remuneration. The meeting will be held at 14 Orchard Street, Bristol, BS1 5EH on 29 November 2016 at 10.30 am. In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies with the Joint Liquidators at 14 Orchard Street, Bristol, BS1 5EH, by no later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the day of the meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if this has not previously been submitted).
