At a meeting of the above named company duly convened and held on 4 February 2021, the following resolutions were passed:

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same under a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation.

“That Sandra McAlister of McAlister & Co Insolvency Practitioners Limited, 10 St Helen's Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW and Robert William Leslie Horton of R2 Advisory Limited, 1 Royal Exchange Avenue, London, EC3V 3LT be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the company and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately”.
