A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 24 May 2022 by Mainline Marketing UK Limited of Coleford House, 300 Coleford Road, Sheffield, S9 5PH claiming to be a creditor of the Company. The petition will be heard at Mold County Court, The Law Courts, Mold, CH7 1AE, on 13 July 2022, at 11.00am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing (whether to support or oppose the petition) must give notice of that intention in accordance with rule 7.14 of The Insolvency (England & Wates) Rules 2016 not later than 4pm on the business day before that which is appointed for the hearing (or, where the hearing has been adjourned, for the adjourned hearing).
