At a general meeting of the above named company, duly convened, and held at 5 Bankside, Crosfield Street, Warrington, WA1 1UP on 12 February 2021, at 4.00 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian James Corfield (IP No. 8951) and Geoffrey Paul Rowley (IP No. 8919) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
