At a General Meeting of the Company duly convened and held at the offices of Price Bailey LLP, 7th Floor, Dashwood House, 69 Old Broad Street, London, EC2M 1QS on 28 February 2017 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution, respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael David Rollings and Steven Edward Butt, both of Rollings Butt LLP, 6 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2AY, (IP Nos. 8107 and 9108), be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that the liquidators be authorised to act jointly or severally in the liquidation for the purposes of such winding up.”
