At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at the offices of Price Bailey LLP, 7th Floor, Dashwood House, 69 Old Broad Street, London, EC2M 1QS on 28 February 2017 the following resolution was duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution, respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Robert Howard and Paul James Pittman of Price Bailey be appointed as Joint Liquidators.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors the appointment of Matthew Robert Howard and Paul James Pittman was not confirmed, creditors passed the following ordinary resolution: “That Michael David Rollings and Steven Edward Butt, both of Rollings Butt LLP, 6 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2AY, (IP Nos. 8107 and 9108), be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that the Liquidators be authorised to act joint and severally in the liquidation for the purpose of such winding up.”
