A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, England, HR5 3DJ presented on the 19th August 2022 by HSL GROUP LIMITED whose Registered Office is at Onega House, 112 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NE claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 11th October 2022 at 10:00 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency Rules 2016 by 1600 hours 10th October 2022
