"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Vincent A Simmons (IP No. 8898) of BV Corporate Recovery & Insolvency Services Limited, 7 St Petersgate, Stockport, Cheshire, SK1 1EB and Paul Zalkin (IP No. 18612) of Quantuma LLP, Vernon House, 23 Sicilian Avenue, London, WC1A 2QS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
