At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Wilder Coe LLP, Oxford House, Campus 6, Caxton Way, Stevenage, Herts, SG1 2XD on 01 March 2016 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Panos Papas and Norman Cowan, both of Wilder Coe LLP, Oxford House, Campus 6, Caxton Way, Stevenage, Herts, SG1 2XD, (IP Nos 008035 and 001884) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that the Liquidators be authorised to act joint and severally in the Liquidation for the purposes of such winding-up."
