"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gordon Craig (IP No. 7983) of Refresh Recovery Limited, West Lancashire Investment Centre, Maple View, White Moss Business Park, Skelmersdale, Lancashire, WN8 9TG be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
