A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Berry Brow Convenience Store Ltd (11346332) of 28a Somerset Road, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire HD5 8HZ, whose nature of business is retail sale in non-specialised stores with food, beverages or tobacco predominating, presented on Tuesday 12 January 2021, at 16:00 by COSTCUTTER SUPERMARKETS GROUP LIMITED, of 3rd Floor, Walker House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool L2 3YL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 12 May 2021, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
