"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) and Benny Woolrych (IP No. 10550) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 7th Floor, Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester, M2 4WU be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
