A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Berlugan Group Limited (11210003) of Printstile House, Penshurst Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN3 0LW, whose nature of business is Activities of venture and development capital companies, Activities of open-ended investment companies and other research and experimental development of natural sciences and engineering, presented on Wednesday 18 May 2022, at 14:11 by PINSENT MASONS LLP, of 30 Crown Place, London EC2A 4ES claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice , 7 Rolls Building , Fetter Lane , London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 13 July 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
