A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Berkeley Square Global Investments Limited (08768260) of First Floor Healthaid House, Marlborough Hill, Harrow, Middlesex HA1 1UD England, whose nature of business is financial management, presented on Thursday 31 January 2019, at 14:04 by MR CHRISTOPHER OWEN, of 40-42 Parker Street, London WC2B 5PQ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts, Insolvency and Companies List, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 20 March 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
