Notice is hereby given that written resolutions were passed on 11 January 2021 by the member to wind up the above named Company and appoint a Liquidator as follows:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Johannes Rupping (IP No. 16012) and Andrew McTear (IP No. 007242) both of McTear Williams & Wood, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
