The follow resolutions were passed by the members of the company by written resolution. The requisite voting majority was received on 21 June 2018. The resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Panos Papas (IP No. 8035) of Wilder Coe Ltd, Oxford House, Campus 6, Caxton Way, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 2XD be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
