Notice is hereby given, as required by Rule 2.35 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that a meeting of creditors of the above named company pursuant to Rule 2.48 (6) of The Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) is to take place at 10.00 am on Friday, 12 May 2017 at Astute House, Wilmslow Road, Handforth, Cheshire SK9 3HP Pursuant to Rule 2.109AB (2)(b) of The Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), creditors are being requested to approve the following resolutions:

That:

1. That the Joint Administrators be authorised to draw the excess remuneration of ÂŁ14,468.50 incurred during the course of the administration as an expense of the administration, pursuant to Para 99 (3) of Schedule Bl of The Insolvency Act 1986 (As amended) and Rule 2.67(1)(a) of The Rules.

2. That approval be granted for the payment of ÂŁ10,380.00 plus VAT to Gateley Plc in respect of the work undertaken in Administration in excess of the original estimate as an expense of the administration

Under Rule 2.38(1) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, in order to be entitled to vote at the meeting you must give to us at the offices of Beesley Corporate Solutions, not later than 12.00 hours on the business day before the day fixed for the meeting, details in writing of your claim.
