Pursuant to Rule 2.109AB (2) (b) of The Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), creditors are being requested to approve the following:

1. That the Joint Administrators be authorised to draw the excess remuneration of ÂŁ14,468.50 incurred during the course of the administration as a expense of the administration, pursuant to Para 99 (3) of Schedule B1 of The Insolvency Act 1986 (As amended) and Rule 2.67(1)(a) of The Rules.

2. That approval be granted for the payment of ÂŁ10,380.00 plus VAT to Gateley Plc in respect of the work undertaken in Administration in excess of the original estimate as an expense of the administration

The closing date for receipt of forms is 12.00 hours on Monday 24 April 2017.

The form must be accompanied by a proof of debt form, if one has not already been lodged, and sent to the Joint Administrators' office.
