“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan David Bass,(IP No. 11790) of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LT and Freddy Khalastchi,(IP No. 8752) of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LT are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”
