A Petition to wind up the above-named Company with a registered office address of Centurion Court, Centurion Way, Leyland, Lancashire, PR25 3UQ presented on 26 February 2019 by MERIDIAN METAL TRADING LIMITED of Meridian House, Grazebrook Industrial Park, Peartree Lane, Dudley, West Midlands, DY2 0XW, claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Courts of Justice, on 10 April 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
