Notice is hereby provided to creditors that a virtual meeting has been convened for 14 January 2019 at 11 am. The meeting is to be held by way of conference call and will be chaired from my offices at 1 Beasley's Yard, 126 High Street, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UBS 1JT. The call should be accessed 15 minutes ahead of the start time to enable any issues to be reported to the officeholder or their staff.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider the Administrator's Proposals together with the basis of their remuneration and their discharge from liability. A proof of debt form, if not previously lodged should be delivered to the officeholder no later the 4pm on the business day prior to the meeting and proxies should be lodged no later than the start time of the meeting.
